FAQ

When will I receive my order?

Orders leave the studio within 1–3 business days. Delivery inside Türkiye takes 2–4 business days; international orders 5–10.

How do your sizes run?

We cut close to the body. If between sizes, take the larger. Each product page lists fit notes specific to the garment.

Do you restock?

No. Runs are short and numbered. When a run closes, the piece moves to the archive.

Can I return a piece?

Unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Jewelry, accessories and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards via iyzico with 3D Secure. Card details are never stored by the studio.

Do you offer wholesale?
